Our 7th graders had a blast today playing a dodgeball/paintball style game! 🏃♂️💨 Students dashed, dodged, and used the mats and boxes as cover while trying to tag the other team. So much energy, strategy, and laughter in the gym today! 😄💪

MMS is a Leader in Me School who teaches the 7 Habits aimed at developing the whole child.
Ms. Lightfoot's TA worked on Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to Be Understood by emphasizing the importance of listening carefully and asking clarifying questions. 6th graders learned firsthand that individuals will hear the same message but can interpret things differently. That's why Habit #5 is important for students to understand different perspectives.
Teachers are the heart of education. We do not thank them enough.
