Yesterday's SWAT cleanup included our 3rd graders as they tidied up the wood line bordering our neighbors. From bottles to cans to cardboard to lottery tickets ... it was a treasure hunt!

4th Gd. SWAT kids tidied up the Abrielle Neff garden yesterday. A special place!

Yesterday's 2nd Gd. SWAT kids cleaned garden beds and raked more leaves. Things are starting to shape up in the backyard!

Due to higher than expected enrollment numbers, students enrolled by Friday, April 29th will be guaranteed a Summer Journey spot. Students enrolled after Friday will be placed on a waiting list and admitted (by grade level) as space allows.

SWAT spring cleanup is going on this week and today's 1st grade team set the pace. 10 bags of leaves in 30 minutes is a pretty good start!

Kindergarten Round-Up has been postponed from Tuesday, April 26, 2022 to May 10, 2022 from 5:30-6:30pm. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause your family and look forward to seeing all of our new Kindergarten students and their families on May 10th!

Summer Journey 2022 enrollment has begun! Ask your child for an enrollment form and return it to the EFES/MMS offices to get enrolled. Dates are May 31st-June 24th. Hope to see you there!

These great kiddos helped spread the news today about Summer Journey in a 1st-4th grade Zoom assembly. They are ready for Hollywood! Look for a Summer Journey enrollment packet in your child's backpack and return to the EFES office.

This is School Social Work Week and we have one of the best! Thanks, Mrs. McDowell, for being there for so many of our students and families!

EFE had some Valentine's Day fun yesterday!

2nd grade's "Math is Always Among Us" was the winner of Friday's EFES Snowball Challenge. Great job to all teachers & students for demonstrating quality math discourse and engagement.
